Personalized Coaching

$35 Per Week (5-Week Minimum)

Designed for the athlete that prefers an ongoing personal coach/athlete relationship. You will receive guidance on all aspects of training, including recovery, cross training, strength training, and race preparation.  My prime objective is to help you achieve your goals. 

  • Every client will receive an initial phone consultation to help assess their goals, running history, fitness levels, cross training, and work and lifestyle constraints. 

  • Training begins once you have purchased your very first 5-weeks of training.  This service then continues on a 5-week basis for as long as you choose.

  • Coaching designed to surpass expectations.

  • Schedule adjustments on a weekly basis, as needed. 

  • Weekly phone consultation, as needed. 

  • Precise training paces and mileage for every workout.

  • Unlimited email and text messaging interaction.

  • Cross Training & Strength Training assistance.

  • Race preparation and post race analysis.
