$35 Per Week (5-Week Minimum)
Designed for the athlete that prefers an ongoing personal coach/athlete relationship. You will receive guidance on all aspects of training, including recovery, cross training, strength training, and race preparation. My prime objective is to help you achieve your goals.
Every client will receive an initial phone consultation to help assess their goals, running history, fitness levels, cross training, and work and lifestyle constraints.
Training begins once you have purchased your very first 5-weeks of training. This service then continues on a 5-week basis for as long as you choose.
Coaching designed to surpass expectations.
Schedule adjustments on a weekly basis, as needed.
Weekly phone consultation, as needed.
Precise training paces and mileage for every workout.
Unlimited email and text messaging interaction.
Cross Training & Strength Training assistance.
Race preparation and post race analysis.
